Fairfield University brainstorms on Haiti relief

“I worry about what will happen when CNN leaves,” said Rony Delva, project coordinator of Fairfield’s Upward Bound program, who spent the first 18 years of his life in Haiti before moving to America. “We need to keep Haiti in the forefront once the cameras go on to the next story.” … A student-led initiative was started a week before the spring semester with the creation of a Fairfield for Haiti Facebook page. John Sullivan, a freshman co-founder of the page, said the group met on their first week back to campus and has more than 100 members.
