As the experiment they created unfolds aboard the Shuttle Endeavor, a team of five Shelton High School students will be honored by the Fairfield University’s School of Engineering at 11 a.m. Tuesday in the alumni house on campus. Co-hosted by the NASA Connecticut Space Grant College Consortium, the event will also feature Brendan Hermalyn, of Milford, a 2007 Fairfield graduate who is now a doctoral candidate at Brown. He will discuss taking part in a research endeavor that led to the discovery of water on the moon.
