Students get coaching on how to survive a business dinner

Part of a seminar series in getting a competitive edge in the marketplace, Aaron Chen participated the annual Fairfield business school ritual two years ago. Ann Marie Sabath, president and founder of At Ease Inc., a New York City-based business protocol and social skills training firm, has been offering the program for 10 years and held a similar session Thursday at the Dolan School of Business. In an increasingly competitive job market, Don Gibson, dean of the Dolan School of Business, said the seminar gives students lessons in interpersonal and social skills that can make or break a deal.
