Obama’s plan criticized at Chamber event

President Barack Obama’s economic stimulus plan is “too small,” Edward Deak, a professor of economics at Fairfield University, told the Greenwich Chamber of Commerce on Friday. “We are in a $14 trillion economy as of 2008, and we’re trying to steer out of it with a $800 billion stimulus package,” Deak said at the chamber’s annual economic luncheon held at the Field Club on Lake.
