I-95 a little less busy, stats show

“If there is a reduction in employment from White Plains, N.Y., to Manhattan and 58,000 fewer jobs at this point this year than last, there will be less traffic on the roadway,” said Edward Deak, a professor of economics at Fairfield University. “For some people that might be good news, but it’s bad news because it means our economy is not doing very well.”
